Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply to online orders:

Shipping conditions

Delivery is only made to Germany.

Shipping costs(plus statutory value added tax)

We charge a flat rate of 4.90 euros for orders under 100.00 euros for delivery within Germany.

Delivery to a packing station is not possible.

The shipping costs apply exclusively to orders placed via the online store. They are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition. For orders that are not placed via the online store, the shipping costs will be charged at cost.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. The delivery time always refers to working days (Mon-Fri); Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not taken into account when calculating delivery times.
The delivery time may be longer if large quantities are ordered. Please enquire about availability in advance.

The order will be shipped in one delivery. If you would like a partial delivery, please contact us.

Delivery and transfer of risk

Unless otherwise contractually agreed, the ordered goods will be delivered to the address specified by the customer. Delivery is made from the seller's warehouse or by a carrier from the place of shipment.
The seller reserves the right to make a partial delivery if this appears to be advantageous for speedy processing and the partial delivery is not unreasonable for the customer in exceptional cases. The customer shall not be charged for any additional costs incurred as a result of partial deliveries.
The seller reserves the right to release himself from the obligation to fulfill the contract if the goods are to be delivered by a supplier on the day of delivery and the delivery is not made in whole or in part. This reservation of self-delivery shall only apply if the seller is not responsible for the non-delivery. The seller is not responsible for the non-delivery if a so-called congruent covering transaction was concluded with the supplier in good time to fulfill the contractual obligations. If the goods are not delivered, the seller shall immediately inform the customer of this circumstance and refund any purchase price already paid as well as shipping costs. The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery. If the customer is an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods as well as the risk of delay shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the forwarding agent, carrier or other person designated to carry out the shipment.
Free loading edge is agreed as the shipping condition.
