Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply to online orders:
Shipping conditions
We deliver to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
Shipping costs (plus statutory value added tax)
Shipping within Germany
For orders under 99.00 euros shipped within Germany we charge a flat rate of 4.90 euros. From an order value of 99.00 euros, shipping within Germany is free of charge.
Shipping to Austria
Orders under 30 kg are charged at 14.90 euros, orders over 30 kg are charged at 49.00 euros.
Shipping costs to the other countries listed above
- Orders up to 5 kg are charged at 16.49 euros
- Orders from 5 kg to 10 kg are charged at 21.49 euros
- Orders from 10 kg to 30 kg are charged at 32.49 euros
- Orders over 30 kg are charged at 99 euros
Further information
Delivery to a Packstation (parcel locker) is not possible.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition. Orders placed by phone or e-mail are subject to the same prices and shipping costs as in the online shop. Delivery times
Unless a different delivery time is stated in the item description, goods are delivered within Germany within approx. 1–3 working days; goods shipped by freight forwarder are delivered within approx. 3–5 working days.
For payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank; for all other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded.
Items that are made for you or have to be reordered may have a longer delivery time. We state this on the product page before you order.
For goods shipped by freight forwarder, the forwarder agrees the delivery date with you in advance by phone or e-mail.
Should a delivery nevertheless be delayed, for example because an item becomes available from the manufacturer later or the carrier needs more time, we will inform you by e-mail without delay and give you the new expected delivery date.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times always refer to working days (Mon–Fri); Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not taken into account when calculating delivery times.
Delivery may take longer for large-quantity orders. Please ask about availability in advance.
Your order is shipped in one delivery. If you would like a partial delivery, please contact us.
Terms of payment
You have the following payment options:

Delivery and transfer of risk
- Unless otherwise contractually agreed, the ordered goods will be delivered to the address specified by the customer. Delivery is made from the seller's warehouse or by a carrier from the place of shipment.
- The seller reserves the right to make a partial delivery if this appears to be advantageous for speedy processing and the partial delivery is not unreasonable for the customer in exceptional cases. The customer shall not be charged for any additional costs incurred as a result of partial deliveries.
- The seller reserves the right to release himself from the obligation to fulfill the contract if the goods are to be delivered by a supplier on the day of delivery and the delivery is not made in whole or in part. This reservation of self-delivery shall only apply if the seller is not responsible for the non-delivery. The seller is not responsible for the non-delivery if a so-called congruent covering transaction was concluded with the supplier in good time to fulfill the contractual obligations. If the goods are not delivered, the seller shall immediately inform the customer of this circumstance and refund any purchase price already paid as well as shipping costs. The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery. If the customer is an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods as well as the risk of delay shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the forwarding agent, carrier or other person designated to carry out the shipment.
- Goods shipped by freight forwarder are delivered free to the kerb, i.e. to the kerbside in front of the delivery address. Carrying the goods into the house or onto the property is not included.
